Emil Babayev

Emil Babayev was born in Baku. He studied at Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts. He worked as a director at Lider TV and AzTV, chief director at ANS TV, head of ATV’s “Vatanim” Creative Union. Currently, he is an employee of Azerbaijan TV. He is a member of the Professional Cinematographers Guild of Azerbaijan.

Director Emil Babayev is the husband of screenwriter Gunel Mehri.
