Natig Rasulzade

Natig Rasulzade son of  Rasul  was born in Baku. He graduated from the Institute of  Literature named after M. Gorky (1975). Since 1976, he wrote scripts for “Mozalan” film magazine. For some time he wrote scripts in Moscow’s “Elita” studio (1993-1997). More than 40 books have been published in Azerbaijan, USA, Russia, Hungary, Yugoslavia, Poland and other places. His works have been awarded many prestigious national and international literary awards. He teaches film dramaturgy at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts. He was awarded the “Humay” National Prize, the Russian Prize named after N. Ostrovsky (1984) and the Azerbaijan State Prize, the Order of “Fame” (2009). He is Honored artist (1999). He is an individual pensioner of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, People’s writer of the Republic of Azerbaijan. (2019).
