Elnur Aliyev son of Elman was born in Gadabay. He studied television directing (2000-2004) and master’s degree (2004-2006) of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts. In 2006-2009, he studied at the post-graduate level and is the author of a dissertation on “Topic, Structure and Genre Problems of Clips in Azerbaijan TV Space” and five scientific articles. He has been a member of the Azerbaijan Professional Film Directors Guild since 2003, and a member of the Azerbaijan Cinematographers Union since 2021.He worked as a director and screenwriter at “Film” Producer Center (2005-2006), “Mozalan” Satirical Cinema Journal (2005-2006), as a leading editing expert at ADMIU (2005-2009), as a producer at “Bakifilm” film studio (2007-2008). . Since 2011, he has been the screenwriter and director of popular projects on Atv, Space TV, AzTV, Lider TV, and Khazar TV channels. In 2003, he was awarded the Order of Honor for the advertisement film dedicated to the UN International Day of Peace called “Youth and Peace”. In 2004, the documentary film “START” dedicated to People’s Artist Jannat Salimova was awarded the llth place in the “best documentary” nomination at the Student Film Festival.
