Ramiz Azizbeyli, son of  Hajiaga, was born in Baku. He studied at the Cultural and Educational Faculty of the Azerbaijan State Art Institute named after M.A. Aliyev (1977). In 1957, when he was in the second grade of high school, he began to perform in the promotional artistic programs of the Children’s Program Editorial Board of Azerbaijan Television. When he was 11 years old, he was invited to a dubbing studio to voice children’s roles. Until then, such characters were voiced by actresses. As on TV, here he was the first child. He was elected the vice-president of the “ADAM” International Association of Philanthropists, founded in 1999. Ramiz Azizbeyli, professor of Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts, head of the department of pop and musical theater directing, honored artist (2000), people’s artist (2008), died on June 9, 2021.
