Tofig Mammadov

Tofig Mammadov son of Asker (Tofig Imirli) was born in Baku. He studied at the drama-cinema actor faculty of the Azerbaijan State Art Institute (Adil Iskandarov’s course). He came to the film studio in 1966. In 1970, he had a 6-month internship with Ajdar Ibrahimov in Moscow. Since 1989, he has worked in the “Salname” documentary film studio, for some time he was the director of this studio (2002-2009). He is Honored cultural worker (2000), Honored art worker (2007).
